1. Product Information

Are the nightlights safe for children?
Yes! Our bedtime companions are designed with safety in mind. They are BPA-free, soft to the touch, rechargeable, and have a 30-minute timer.

Do the nightlights get hot?
No, they use LED technology, which stays cool to the touch.

How do I charge my nightlight?
Each nightlight comes with a USB charging cable. A full charge lasts between 4 to 23 hours, depending on the brightness level used.

Do the music boxes require batteries?
No, our music boxes are rechargeable via USB-C and do not require disposable batteries. Simply charge them and enjoy the melodies anytime.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

3. Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partner’s warehouse outside the USA.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed (1–2 business days), delivery takes 5–9 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after placing the order. Contact us at info@friendlymoonlights.com as soon as possible.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions apply—see our Return Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?
Email info@friendlymoonlights.com with your order details to receive return instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
